Meet your Somerset councillor for Taunton East
Federica is Taunton born and bred and has been a councillor since 2013. She lives in Blackbrook with her husband and children and is a governor at Blackbrook School.
She was the leader of Somerset West and Taunton Council from 2019 - 2023 and is now Executive Member for Communities, Housing Revenue Account, Culture and, Equalities and Diversity on Somerset Council.
She believes in putting residents at the heart of decision-making. She will always listen to people to ensure our streets are kept tidy and your bins are collected on time. She is also passionate about putting the environment at the heart of everything Somerset Council does.
Federica is a keen user of Facebook as a means of communicating through local community groups to ensure issues are acted upon.
