No More Development without Infrastructure
The Labour Government’s plan to build 1.5 million homes is not being executed with thought - homes must come with the infrastructure to support them. The Liberal Democrats would deliver 150,000 new social and council homes each year, backed by £6 billion investment — the boldest housing programme in a century — alongside the schools, GP surgeries and transport links communities need. Locally, Gareth Williams is standing up for Wellington: no more large-scale development without the infrastructure to match. With 2,000 new houses proposed, that could mean 8,000 more people and 4,000 more cars on our already congested roads. If you agree, please add your name below.
